One problem is lacking diversity across content marketing efforts. It's common for a brand's content marketing strategy to be sales-centric, which scares people off. It's also important to be diverse with format and how content is presented.
"Its important, of course, that diversity for diversity's sake doesn't eclipse consistency, but companies can mix up their content formats while the message can remain consistent," wrote James Carson.
Another problem is presenting your audience with bad user-experience design. A common issue is typography and small text that's difficult to read.
