In order to take advantage of your employee's social savvy-ness, you have to create the types of content that they would want to share.
Econsultancy listed out the five types of content that employees love to share with their personal networks via Twitter, Facebook, etc.
"When employees are passionate about their work, it shows in numerous ways. As they may proudly talk about their company to friends and family when they meet in person, they are eager to do the same online. But not all company-generated content is created equal, and not every company-generated post will tickle employee's sharing instincts in the same way," Maz Nadjim wrote.
One example of shareable company-generated content: notable experiences. If your company takes a trip together or takes the day off to do some fun team-building activity, employees are likely to share that with their friends and family.
