Considering that mobile phone users spend 86% of their total phone usage time within apps, dedicated mobile software is a great way engage an online audience – as long as the app is top-notch in terms of performance.
ReadWrite posted a checklist that includes the six ways to keep app users happy.
First up on the checklist is speed. Most users won't wait for an app to load or update. In fact, according to a Compuware survey, 59% admitted to deleting apps if they lag in performance.
