How Organizations are Optimizing Customer Experiences

A recently published Customer Experience Optimization report by Econsultancy and Ensighten found that improving online customer experiences is a top priority for many organizations. The report outlines how organizations are using data and technology to provide personalized customer experiences online and the challenges that many face trying to do so.

The report also found that organizations value site performance and privacy as the most important elements of customer experience optimization. 

From Econsultancy: "More than four in five are also executing website testing and optimisation activities (84%) and speeding up web page load and responsiveness (83%)."
