How to Approach a Website Redesign in the Industrial Business

Redesigning a website requires a lot of time and resources.

The effort can be extra taxing within the industrial space where limited numbers of staff are already strapped for time.

HubSpot put together a helpful list that industrial companies can use to ensure that a website redesign goes smoothly and that no important components get left out.

One component is to name drop customers (or distributors, if customers aren't doable). From HubSpot, "...if you have a long list of distributors, that might be good information to highlight. If a prospect is looking for a local company, but your main facility is hundreds of miles away, they might be turned off by the distance."

It's also important to brag about quality. Your potential customers don't want to ever worry about quality issues. Make certifications, awards and any special requirements easily available on your website to reassure them.
